On 05th of May 2023 we had the great pleasure to meet the honourable Counsellor Dr. Hussein Ali Abraheem Al Battawi at the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq, Oslo, Norway. Dr. Hussein has an impressive knowledge of economics, law and showed amazing knowledge of aviation as well, which made the meeting fruitful and constructive. His fantastic ability to catch points fast and correct made the dialogue even more interesting.
The time to build bridges based on knowledge is here now and we at the Scandinavian Aviation Academy strongly believe in international cooperation of knowledge between countries and continents within aviation.
We have already had very good experience with Iraqi pilot students in our Academy and look forward to welcoming more with the help of the Iraqi authorities.
During the meeting, it was also discussed how to possibly facilitate travel opportunities for Iraqis to and from Scandinavia as well as religious flights to holy places. Scandinavian Aerospace welcomes such collaborations.
Iraq is buying new and modern planes and there will be a need for new young pilots to fly these planes in the future. We at the Scandinavian Aerospace Academy are ready for such a collaboration, precisely to prove that knowledge knows no boundaries.
