About the program

PPL (Private Pilot License) allows you to fly and command an aircraft with passengers non-commercially. The program consists of theory and practical lessons flown in our Piper PA28 Single Engine aircrafts.

To fly in dark hours or in bad weather our courses Night Qualification (NQ) and Instrument Rating (IR) can be added to your PPL.

Overview

PPL (Private Pilot License) allows you to fly and command an aircraft with passengers non-commercially. The program consists of theory and practical lessons flown in our Piper PA28 Single Engine aircrafts.

The theory training includes nine subjects covered in approximately 3 months, where the knowledge level is monitored by diagnostics tests during the studies. All subjects are finished off with a school test and an examination.

The practical training consists of 48 flight hours with 11 hours flown solo and is divided in 4 phases:

  • Phase 1 – Basic Flying
  • Phase 2 – Navigation
  • Phase 3 – Basic Instrument Flying
  • Phase 4 – Final Training

To fly in dark hours or in bad weather our courses NQ (Night Qualification) and IR (Instrument Rating) can be added to your PPL.

Course Details

The PPL program consists of several course that can be found in detail under timeline below.

The program starts with theoretical training which covers 9 subjects and depending on season the practical flying will start once the student has passed certain areas of the theoretical training. The practical training consists of 4 phases, Basic flying, Navigation, Basic instrument and Final training.

All training is conducted in the Piper PA28 aircraft.

Pre-Entry Requirements

In order to be eligible for the Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Program you need to fulfill all the requirements listed below:
Medical Certificate

Valid Medical Class 2 is required prior to starting your training. Medical Class 2 will be accepted from any EASA country. Do you need more information about obtaining an EASA Medical Class 2? Contact us.

License and Ratings

No previous license or ratings are required prior to starting the PPL Program.

Language Proficiency

In order to issue an EASA PPL license you will need to obtain a language proficiency level which follows the ICAO standard. The minimum level required to start your training is English level 4 (4 out of 6). This will be assessed during your pre-entry assessment.

* If you’re residing outside of the European Union (EU) you will require a student visa to Sweden, this can be administrated by us and for this service we charge 2500 EUR.

The prices listed above are the only fees associated with your training, what you see is what you get, simple as that. We don’t have any hidden fees or extra costs that will be added during the course, you pay for your training as you get it.

Note: We offer our programs throughout the year to help aspiring pilots reach their goals, kindly connect with us for your requirement.

The final date to apply is one month prior to the course start, however we recommend that you apply earlier to secure your slot. If you’re requiring a visa for your studies, the recommendation is to apply three months prior to the course start.
